Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email julyettebello@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return shipping required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
